Following the fantastic success of last year’s event, the Wet Leisure Golf Open is returning for 2025 and it’s shaping up to be our biggest yet.
This year’s event will take place on Tuesday 9th September at the beautiful Shifnal Golf Club in Shropshire. Known for its exceptional course and welcoming atmosphere, it’s the perfect backdrop for a day of golf, networking, and building valuable relationships.
We’ve expanded capacity to welcome 22 teams of four, up from 14 last year and with only a handful of team spaces remaining, now is the time to secure your spot.

A full golf tournament with Stableford scoring, full handicap, and team formats
Over £1,400 in prizes, plus special awards for Nearest the Pin and Longest Drive
Lunch on arrival and a BBQ to finish the day
Garden games for non-golfers – ideal for team members or colleagues coming along for the atmosphere
Whether you’re playing, spectating, or networking, this event promises a relaxed and enjoyable day that brings the wet leisure industry together like no other.
